Providing your property satisfies our criteria, we can rent your property to use as part of our serviced accommodation. We will rent your property on your behalf as a long-term lease, and you benefit from:

PROPERTY MANAGEMENT

This year is a great year to think about the alternatives to being a buy-to-let landlord. With the potential to earn 2-3 times more income by operating as serviced accommodation, it is a great way to earn significantly more every month than you would by renting as a long-term AST.

However, we realise functioning as serviced accommodation is a hands-on strategy and not everybody has the time for the management of cleaners, handling guest communications and optimising your calendar and online listings.
